When your order arrives, if you're not 100% happy, get in touch with us straight away and we'll do everything we can to fix the problem. And if on the odd chance we can't - we'll give your money back. Simple as that. Please contact us for a return address BEFORE sending back.
Things to keep in mind
Return shipping on Furniture and oversized items is expensive. It can also be very tricky to repackage and send back. We'd prefer if you're unsure about an item that you get in touch with us BEFORE purchasing and we can give you more details on the items.
Vintage Items
We get it. Buying pre-loved can be tricky. We want to take the tricky out of it. So we carefully handpick our vintage and check them over thoroughly. The condition of each vintage item varies and is stated in the product description. These items sometimes have imperfections and that's what we think makes them unique! They are not considered damaged. At any time we're happy to provide you with further pics of vintage items so your purchase can be worry free.
If a Product Description has the wording “Vintage”, this means the item is either, or all of the following: used, aged, faded, discoloured or even repaired.
Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days (less cost of shipping to you).
