Returns

The BOHEMIAN SOUL promise

We're only happy when you're happy.  And we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.

How it works

Our philosophy is to deal fairly and reasonably with you - our customer.  And we believe in return you'll treat us the same.

For us, "satisfaction guaranteed" doesn't quite cut it.  We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase!  And we'll go to great lengths to make sure of that.

When your order arrives, if you're not 100% happy, get in touch with us straight away and we'll do everything we can to fix the problem.  And if on the odd chance we can't - we'll give your money back.  Simple as that.

Things to keep in mind

Return shipping on Furniture and oversized items is expensive.  It can also be very tricky to repackage and send back. We'd prefer if you're unsure about an item that you get in touch with us BEFORE purchasing and we can give you more details on the items.

Vintage Items

We get it.  Buying pre-loved can be tricky.  We want to take the tricky out of it.  So we carefully handpick our vintage and check them over thoroughly. The condition of each vintage item varies and is stated in the product description. These items sometimes have imperfections and that's what we think makes them unique!  They are not considered damaged.  At any time we're happy to provide you with further pics of vintage items so your purchase can be worry free.

If a Product Description has the wording “Vintage”, this means the item is either, or all of the following: used, aged, faded, discoloured or even repaired.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days (less cost of shipping to you).

Sheepskin Care Guide

Sheepskin is super easy to look after. The fibres’ unique structure gives it a natural durability and robustness. It even repels dirt! Even so, a little care and attention won’t go astray.

Rules of wool and a few things to remember:

+ Avoid direct sunlight.  This stops UV damage or fading

+ Shake rugs or bean bags regularly.  This’ll loosen and liven up the wool

+ Vacuum sheepskins regularly on plain suction (NOT turbo or revolving brush – this will cause frizziness)

+ Remember not to rub, brush or massage sheepskins when they’re damp or wet

+ Dyed sheepskin should be dry-cleaned only (check with us if you’re not sure which one you have)

+ Give your longwool sheepskin a brush from time to time with a wire pet brush (pet slicker pad)

+ Sponge off small spills with a damp neutral coloured clean cloth

Brushing

Brushing is effective on unshorn, long wool sheepskins only.  After washing, the wool fibres will likely revert back to their natural curly state.  Brushing with a wire wool comb when wet, and once dry, will help restore the fluffy appearance and natural ‘loft’ of the fibres.

Cleaning treatments

There’s a number of cleaning treatments that can be used, depending on the type of stain. However, BEFORE you use any of them, make sure you’ve ‘contained the stain’ – firmly blotting up any excess liquid spills and scraping up any solids.

Large stain?  Put a towel down and stand on it to firmly remove as much liquid as you can before applying any stain treatment. And remember, NEVER rub wet wool. Simply cross reference the type of treatment with the specific stain from our guide below
